Delphine Joos

Delphine has been part of the Vectis team since 2026.

Prior to joining Vectis, Delphine worked as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg for two years, where she focused on international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She then spent five years as a lawyer at Laurius in Brussels, advising shareholders,companies, and investors on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, and other corporate transactions.

Delphine holds a Master of Laws from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), as well as an LL.M. in Comparative Corporate & Financial Law from the University of Leeds (UK). She also obtained a postgraduate degree from the College of Europe.
