companies with strong and ambitious management. We offer our portfolio companies financial and active support in the further development and expansion of their operations. We manage EUR 125 million of capital and have invested in more than 30 companies since 2004.

We invest in Belgian SMEs with a clear growth ambition and an EBITDA between EUR 1 – 8 million. We frequently work in partnership with the current shareholders. We invest both in buy-outs and growth capital.
