Our successful alumni participation Amadys has been nominated as Buy-Out Company of the Year for the BVA Private Equity Award.
Between 2013 and 2019, the Amadys group rapidly evolved into a Benelux market leader in the passive utility components sector. With the active support of Vectis, the group worked on a buy-and-build process, which resulted in a tenfold increase in turnover.
At the end of 2019, Vectis Private Equity exited to Equistone Private Equity. Equistone supports Amadys in realizing its European ambition.
We wish the Amadys management team under the leadership of Hein Wilderjans every success in achieving the Award and realizing its further growth trajectory.
