We invest in profitable companies with a clear business model and a realistic growth strategy. We work with operational shareholders and take both minority and majority shareholdings. We help our management teams in further developing their growth strategy.

We provide growth capital to ambitious management teams who want to realise their business plan together with us. In addition to providing capital, we actively participate as a financial director and strategic sounding board.

Our target group consists of companies that have reached a certain scale and are ready to write the next chapter in their growth story with a partner. Many of our portfolio companies grow above this threshold over time.

Given our focus on the SME segment, we take a pragmatic approach, investing in a wide range of services and industrial companies. We have a great affinity with B2B sectors and niche players, often with international ambitions.
