At the end of May 2015, Vectis Participaties sold its participation in Lameire NV to a new investor, supported by the operational shareholders. Lameire is the holding company above Lameire Funderingstechnieken, a company specialised in well foundations, secant piles, berliner walls, shoring walls in cutter soil mix, etc. Lameire has state-of-the-art machinery for the execution of all kinds of foundation and shoring techniques for excavations.
Vectis Participaties joined the company in 2008 in the context of the family succession.
