After a successful 6-year investment period, Vectis Private Equity sells its interest in SMC to the industrial services group Normec (Netherlands) with a focus on testing, inspection and certification (including in the food industry). Normec is developing additional activities in its Life Safety & Environment department, within which SMC is an important reinforcement. Normec is a portfolio company of Astorg Private Equity.
