Vectis Private Equity sells its stake in I-Rental to Indu-Tools

Indu-Tools, an industrial tools rental company, based in Rotterdam, has acquired a majority stake in I-Rental, its Antwerp-based competitor.

The management teams of both companies are eager to join forces and integrate both organisations. As such, the joint rental fleet will be deployed even more efficiently at its customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Naturally, the customer service in these regions will also benefit from the bundling of know-how.

Vectis Private Equity was invested in I-Rental since 2017. With this exit, Vectis contributes to an attractive industrial project, bringing together two equal players with a complementary rental park, active in adjacent geographies. Vectis wishes the combined management team all the best in their future expansion of the international rental group.
